As a church we support a number of other organisations including the ones listed below:

Tearfund

Our connection with Tearfund began as a personal commitment through some of our church members, who began supporting it from its beginning in the late 1960s. Its modern approach and black-and-white publications then made it a good way to bring an interest to the young people. From there, the church became involved, with regular events like Tearfund Sunday and Harvest appeals, as well as individual church-led events such as sponsored walks, teaching Sunday school about seeds, and sponsoring a child. Currently, we support Tearfund with an annual bric-a-brac sale and coffee morning.
